At 4amFresh, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and order cancellations. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt
  • The product does not match the description or specifications
  • The product is spoiled or contaminated
  • We delivered the wrong product

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, consumed, or opened
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging (unless received in that condition)
  • Perishable items after 24 hours from delivery
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable content

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@4amfresh.com or +91 9353011130 within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and may request photos of the product.
  4. If your return is approved, we will arrange for pickup of the product or provide instructions for shipping it back to us.

2.4 Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • For payment made via credit/debit card: 5-7 business days
  • For payment made via net banking: 3-5 business days
  • For payment made via digital wallets: 1-3 business days
  • For cash on delivery: 7-10 business days

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Order Cancellations

3.1 Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order without any penalty if the order has not been processed for shipment. Generally, this means:

  • For orders not yet confirmed: Cancellation is available immediately
  • For confirmed orders: Cancellation may be available within 1 hour of placing the order
  • For orders being prepared for shipment: Cancellation may not be possible

3.2 Cancellation Process

To cancel an order:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" button (if available)
  3. If the "Cancel Order" button is not available, contact our customer service immediately

3.3 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel an order for which payment has already been made, the refund will be processed according to the timeline mentioned in section 2.4 above.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
  3. Do not use or consume the product
  4. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item delivered, damaged in transit, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for other reasons, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
